How does The BarMaster™ work?

In The BarMaster™ system, once a bottle has been registered into the system, the hardware components of The BarMaster system are designed with detection technology that records the current state of a bottle and tracks all it movements throughout its life in the establishment. Each hardware component of The BarMaster™ is designed with special antennas that detect the presence of bottles that have an RFID tag attached, and transmit this data to centralized computers for processing. Because all components are integrated, seamless tracking of bottles throughout your establishment is possible. Some components are also designed to weigh bottles, which adds to the depth of inventory tracking that is possible with the system.

The installation process is dependent entirely on the size of your establishment. The physical infrastructure determines hardware necessary to install The BarMaster™ components that are required for a full system installation.

Does the system recognize all liquor brands?

The BarMaster™ system includes a database of over 60,000 UPC barcodes. When bottles are scanned into inventory, the system records each bottle’s brand and size based on the UPC code. This information is paired with each bottle’s RFID tag number to create a unique “identity” for each bottle within the system. This also allows each brand and bottle to be mapped with your point-of-sale system.
